I was asked recently to provide an example of how potentially powerful Blogs are. Let me clarify that, how potentially powerful, well written and informative blogs can be.

The first thing I do when writing a Blog or Post, is identify and name the Title of the Post. In this case, I have selected Belmont Home Loans as the Title. I do not have any Home Lending experience, nor am I affiliated with any Home Lenders, nor do I make any representation regarding any product, service, lender or planner. This post is written purely to showcase our skills, or lack of skills in writing effective posts. 

I then, provide a brief background of the Title eg: Belmont is located on the shores of Lake Macquarie New South Wales, approximately 1 hour north of Sydney and there are approximately 25 000 people living within the area.

Now we dive right into the heart of the subject. Belmont Home Loans. From here you would discuss the various types of Loans or Mortgages that are currently available for people living within Belmont, New South Wales.

You may wish to discuss, home equity loans, reverse mortgage loans, first home buyers home loans or any other number of loans that are possibly available.

Next you may help your blog readers, with what type of income information is required by the lenders to secure their home loan, or provide mortgage calculators, home loan rates, or provide guidelines for how much money you can borrow.

You may find that you have enough information, to finish 2 posts, if that is the case, split it up. The beauty of the blog, is that it is your blog and as such, you set it up and create it, how you want to. We all have different opinions and what I like or value may differ to yours. At the end of the day, it doesnt matter as long as you have provided the best factual information, guidelines or assistance as possible and your readers will see and acknowledge that.

This is only an example of how we break a post down into its several elements and although we selected Belmont Home Loans as a case in point, we believe, that you can apply the same formula to any subject.

Oops, almost forgot, please remember to to include Tags with your post. Again, the tags should relate to what you post is about, the Title should reflect what the content is about and if you do this and do this correctly, you should see your blog recognised as such.
