Our business has been running
now for just over 8 years, and we have had a viable
working website for around 4 years.
Recently, the company who
hosted our website was becoming increasingly harder
to communicate with. The gentleman who looked after
my account had resigned, with no replacement offered,
not even a landline phone number to ring. Communication
had reduced to waiting for return emails.
Due to a loyalty I had
with the company, I put up with the frustration of
having to wait sometimes weeks for any queries or
concerns I had to be answered. After a suggestion
by the said gentleman to look for another website
host provider, I decided to do some searching for
a company that was more approachable, user-friendly
and above all, contactable.
That is when I came upon
Hosting Impact. An email was sent to them on a Saturday,
and I seriously did not expect any reply until the
beginning of the working week. I received an email
within hours of sending my email with the promise
that someone would be contacting me the next day –
a SUNDAY of all days. I was stunned, and also a little
anxious that a company who was so contactable may
charge through the roof for this service.
After talking with Stephen
from Hosting Impact, all my fears were dissipated.
Not only did they offer immediate and professional
solutions to switching website hosts, they also became
totally focused on securing and protecting my website
as it became evident that my site had been sabotaged
and hacked into.
On top of all of this,
Hosting Impact has been very reasonable in their prices.
We used to pay $89.85 per quarter for our website
to be hosted. Now we only pay $99 per year! Can’t
complain about that at all.
